Registration and Payment:

•  A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the retreat. 

•  Full payment is due 45 days before the event.

 

Monthly Payment Plan

• Flexible monthly payments are available.

• Equal monthly payments of approximately $320/month (based on a 6-month plan)

• Final payment due by November 15, 2025

Online Payment Transactions:

• For our Customers that use the Wise app for online payment transactions, we have this option available.

• Please not that Wise sets and adjusts transaction fees which are transparent at the time of payment. 

• GV Greater Vision does not directly charge any fees for money transactions

 

Payment Security Statement

• We take your payment security seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information is kept safe. We use trusted platforms for all payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency, ensuring your details are protected.

Payment Confirmation Notice

• Once all payments have been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email with your transaction details and receipt. Currency Note for Non-U.S. Residents

• Please note that all prices for this retreat are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). This is because all fees and expenses associated with the retreat are priced out to us in USD, making it easier for us to keep the pricing consistent and transparent for all participants.
  We understand that currency exchange rates may vary by country, and we recommend reviewing the conversion rate to understand the equivalent value in your local currency.

 

Travel Insurance:

• For your peace of mind, we strongly advise that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

• Participants are responsible for their travel expenses.

 

Default / Cancellation Policy (See Terms and Conditions for Full Details)

We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel your participation, please provide formal written notification of your cancellation to support@gvgreatervision.com.

•       Should a participant cancel their retreat registration within 30 calendar days from the date of their initial registration, they will be eligible for a full refund of the retreat cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

• If you are on a payment plan and a monthly payment is missed, you will have the opportunity to make up the missed payment in full. This can be done as long as the payment is communicated through written correspondence with us.

• If the payment is not made and no written correspondence is received, you will forfeit your space in the retreat, and the $500 non-refundable deposit will be lost. Any additional payments made will be refunded in the original format of payment.

Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the time of cancellation.

 

Participant Cancellation:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via support@gvgreatervision.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the written cancellation request.

 

      Notice Period:

• Cancellations made between 30 days of registering for the retreat will receive a 100% refund of the total retreat cost, less the $500 non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, less the $500 non-refundable  deposit. 

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable.

 

Transferability: For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

 

•  In some cases, and at the discretion of GV Greater Vision, a participant's registration may be transferred to another individual, provided that written notice has been provided. 

• The non-refundable $500 deposit may be transferred once to a future GV Greater Vision / GV Live Life Now retreat within 1 year of the original retreat date. 

• The non-refundable $500 deposit can be transferred to another participant. To transfer, we require a written letter with the details and name of the person the deposit is being transferred to.

• Participants who cancel their retreat registration within 30 calendar days of the initial registration date will receive a 100% refund of the total retreat cost, less the non-refundable deposit of $500. 

 

Retreat Cancellation by GV Greater Vision:
     Force Majeure:

•     In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control (force majeure), GV Greater Vision reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat.  

Changes to Retreat Schedule:
   •    We reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances.

 Insufficient Enrollment:

•    GV Greater Vision reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrollment. In this case, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

 

Venue Modifications:

• GV Greater Vision, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to modify the venue of any retreat. Participants acknowledge and agree that such modifications may occur, and GV Greater Vision shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result of such changes. GV Greater Vision will make reasonable efforts to provide timely notification of any changes. We will make every reasonable effort to minimize any disruption to the retreat experience.

Notification:

•    Participants will be notified of any retreat cancellation as soon as possible via support@gvgreatervision.com.

Refunds/Alternatives:

•    If the retreat is cancelled by GV Greater Vision, participants will have the option of a full refund or transfer of their registration to a future retreat (subject to availability).

•    GV Greater Vision is not responsible for any travel-related expenses, and strongly recommends travel insurance.

 

General Provisions:
      Amendments:

•    GV Greater Vision reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

 

 Liability Waiver:
   •    Participants agree to release and hold harmless GV Greater Vision and its facilitators from any liability arising from their participation in the retreat.
   •    A signed liability waiver may be required before the start of the retreat.

  Retreat Participation:
   •     Participants are expected to adhere to the retreat schedule and respect the other participants and facilitators.
   

Medical Insurance: 

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive medical insurance prior to the retreat. This insurance should cover any medical expenses, including emergency situations, that may arise during your stay.​

• Participants are responsible for all medical costs incurred

• Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before attending the retreat.

 

Conduct:
   •    "We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation for any person whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests, comfort, or safety of other participants.”     

 Governing Law:

•    This cancellation policy shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
