These modalities are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Our practitioners are certified facilitators, not licensed physicians, and do not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions. Individuals with health concerns are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare provider. It is important to note that Spinal Flow practitioners are not licensed Practitioners.

Client Responsibility and Informed Consent:
Participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their health and well-being. By engaging in our sessions, workshops, retreats, events, or utilizing our products, participants agree to release Gail Vilcu, Alisa Koh, Weyburn Spinal Flow, GV Greater Vision, and all associated personnel from any liabilities and expenses arising from their participation.

Treatment Protocol and Realistic Expectations:
Our modalities, including Spinal Flow, are energy-based techniques involving gentle, hands-on interaction while clients remain fully clothed. These sessions do not involve contact with breasts or genitals. Similar to mindfulness practices, our modalities offer cumulative benefits for physical, emotional, and mental well-being, but they are not intended as immediate solutions. It is important to acknowledge that the healing process may, at times, involve temporary exacerbation of existing symptoms.

Liability and Safety Acknowledgement:
Clients consent to receive Spinal Flow Sessions from a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, and understand that practitioners are not liable for specific outcomes. Clients agree to release practitioners from any and all liability. By scheduling sessions, workshops, retreats, or events, clients acknowledge they are entering our premises or allowing us to enter theirs at their own risk. We shall not be held responsible for any damages or injuries, including but not limited to slips, falls, vehicle-related incidents, or equipment movement.

Clients consent to the capture of photographs and videos during sessions, events, and retreats for purposes of progress comparison, marketing, or educational materials. Separate, explicit releases will be required for any public dissemination of these materials. Clients further authorize the use of any reviews provided on our website and social media platforms for content creation and marketing initiatives, encompassing feedback from sessions, events, and retreats.
