Retreat & Clinical Terms & Conditions
By booking your retreat experience, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which include our cancellation policy, refund policy, and liability waiver.

Registration and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the retreat. (Deposit amounts may vary depending on the event.)

Full payment is due 45 days prior to the retreat or clinic start date.
Monthly Payment Plan
We are happy to offer flexible monthly payment options to make your journey more accessible.

Payments are divided into equal monthly installments, based on a 3 or 6-month plan.

The final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the start of the Clinic or Retreat.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation before monthly payments begin.

If a payment is missed, we kindly ask that it be completed within 7 days. Consistently missed payments may result in the reservation being released.

All payments are in CAD. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the Clinic or Retreat to secure your spot.
Online Payment Transactions:
GV Greater Vision currently accepts PayPal for online payments.
Please note: PayPal transaction fees may apply. These fees are set by PayPal and are transparent at the time of payment.
GV Greater Vision does not directly charge any additional fees for online payment transactions.
Payment Security Statement
We take your payment security seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information is kept safe. We use trusted platforms for all payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency, ensuring your details are protected.

Payment Confirmation Notice
Once all payments have been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email with your transaction details and receipt. Please note, that confirmation will be sent after all payments are finalized. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at support@gvgreatervision.com.
Currency Note for International Guests
All retreat and clinic prices are now listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). This ensures consistent and transparent pricing for all participants.
For guests joining from outside Canada, please note that your financial institution may apply currency conversion based on your local currency. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to understand the equivalent value in your currency.
Travel Insurance
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This helps protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
Please note that participants are responsible for all travel-related expenses, including flights, transportation, and accommodations outside of what is included in the retreat or clinic package.
Default / Cancellation Policy (See Terms and Conditions for Full Details)
We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel your participation, please provide formal written notice to support@gvgreatervision.com.

Cancellations made within 30 calendar days of registration are eligible for a full refund of the retreat or clinic cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

The non-refundable deposit amount may vary depending on the event or retreat. Please refer to the specific event details for the applicable deposit.
Payment Plan Policy:

If you are on a payment plan and a monthly payment is missed, you may make up the missed payment in full, provided you communicate with us in writing.

If payment is not made and no written correspondence is received, your space in the retreat or clinic will be forfeited, and the non-refundable deposit (amount varies by event or retreat) will be retained. Any additional payments made will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing of the request.
Participant Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@gvgreatervision.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the written cancellation request.
Notice Period:

More than 90 days before the retreat start date: Refund of 50% of the total retreat cost, minus the non-refundable deposit (as specified per event).

Between 30 and 90 days after registration: Refund of 100% of the retreat cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date: No refund.
Transferability:
For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
In certain cases, and at the discretion of GV Greater Vision, a participant’s registration may be transferred to another individual, provided written notice has been submitted.

The non-refundable deposit (amount varies depending on the event or retreat) may be transferred once to a future GV Greater Vision / GV Live Life Now retreat or clinic within 1 year of the original retreat date.

The deposit may also be transferred to another participant. To do so, please provide a written request with the name and details of the person receiving the transfer. Submit this information to support@gvgreatervision.com.
Important: Participants who cancel their retreat registration within 30 calendar days of the initial registration date will receive a 100% refund of the total retreat cost, minus the non-refundable deposit for that specific event..
Retreat Cancellation by GV Greater Vision:
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events — GV Greater Vision reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat.
Changes to Retreat Schedule:
We reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
Insufficient Enrollment:
GV Greater Vision reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Venue Modifications:
GV Greater Vision reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the venue of any retreat. Participants acknowledge that such changes may occur and agree that GV Greater Vision shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide timely notification of any changes, and every effort will be taken to minimize disruption to the retreat experience.
Notification:
Participants will be notified of any retreat cancellation or significant changes as soon as possible via support@gvgreatervision.com. support@gvgreatervision.com.
Refunds/Alternatives:
If a retreat is cancelled by GV Greater Vision, participants may choose either:

A full refund of all payments made, or
-
Transfer of registration to a future retreat (subject to availability).
Please note that GV Greater Vision is not responsible for any travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
General Provisions:
Amendments:
GV Greater Vision reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy or Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Liability Waiver:
Participants agree to release and hold harmless GV Greater Vision and its facilitators from any liability arising from their participation in the retreat. A signed liability waiver may be required prior to the start of the retreat.
Retreat Participation:
Participants are expected to adhere to the retreat schedule and to respect other participants and facilitators throughout the experience.
Medical Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive medical insurance prior to the retreat. This insurance should cover any medical expenses, including emergencies, that may arise during your stay.

Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before attending the retreat.
Conduct:
GV Greater Vision reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for any person whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests, comfort, or safety of other participants.
Governing Law:
This cancellation policy and all associated Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
