Dear Spinal Flow Community,

We are thrilled to announce the Root to Rise Retreat in La Cruz, Mexico, from January 13–20, 2026!

 

This event is all about bringing the Spinal Flow community together in a space of growth, healing, and support. Our focus is not on making money from the retreat, but on creating a meaningful experience where we can connect, learn, and rise together.

In addition to this beautiful experience, we’re excited to offer group accommodations for those of you who want to attend with friends, we offer the following group accommodation options:

​

  • 2 rooms with two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom (available for groups of 2 or 4 women)

​

  • A room with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom (ideal for groups of 3 women)

    If either of these options works for your group, please reach out to us right away to reserve your spot and guarantee we can accommodate your request!

 

This Spinal Flow retreat is all about community, connection, and transformation, and we’d be thrilled for you to join us.
